Users may not use CoreNeural in any manner that violates applicable laws, compromises security, or interferes with the operation of the platform. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

Illegal or Harmful Content

Users may not upload, store, transmit, or process content that:

• Violates any applicable laws or regulations
• Promotes illegal activities
• Contains harmful, abusive, defamatory, or discriminatory material
• Infringes on intellectual property rights of others

Unauthorized Access

Users must not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform, systems, or accounts
• Access data belonging to another organization or user without authorization
• Circumvent or bypass security controls implemented by CoreNeural

System Interference

Users must not engage in activities that disrupt or degrade the performance of the Services, including:

• Attempting to overload or stress the platform infrastructure
• Introducing malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Conducting denial-of-service attacks or similar disruptions
• Interfering with other users’ access to the Services

Reverse Engineering or Exploitation

Users must not:

• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the platform
• Exploit vulnerabilities within the system
• Use automated tools or scripts to scrape or extract data beyond normal platform functionality

Misuse of AI Capabilities

CoreNeural’s AI capabilities must not be used to:

• Generate harmful, deceptive, or illegal content
• Conduct unauthorized surveillance or monitoring of individuals
• Process sensitive personal data without appropriate authorization
• Manipulate, exploit, or misuse AI responses in ways that violate applicable laws or organizational policies

4. Customer Responsibilities

Organizations using CoreNeural are responsible for:

• Managing user access within their organization
• Ensuring that users comply with this Policy
• Protecting login credentials and account security
• Uploading content that they have the legal right to use and process

Organizations are also responsible for ensuring that the data uploaded to CoreNeural complies with applicable privacy and data protection laws.

5. Monitoring and Enforcement

CoreNeural reserves the right to monitor usage of the Services to ensure compliance with this Policy and to maintain platform security and reliability. If CoreNeural determines that a user or organization has violated this Policy, we may take actions including:

• Removing or restricting access to certain content
• Suspending user accounts
• Temporarily restricting access to the Services
• Terminating accounts in severe cases

These actions may be taken without prior notice where necessary to protect the platform or other users.
